What’s the service fee?
The on-site evaluation is $49. That fee is waived when you proceed with the quoted work.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. The technician evaluates the issue, explains the recommended repair, and provides a job price before approved work begins.
Can I text you photos?
Yes. Text clear photos, a short description, and your location to 757-239-0109. Photos help us prepare; the technician may still need to evaluate the issue in person.
Do weekends or holidays cost extra?
We don’t add overtime, after-hours, weekend, or holiday rate increases. Call or text to confirm availability.
What happens after I contact you?
We’ll request your name, address, phone number, and preferred time, then confirm the appointment. The technician will call when on the way. Payment is normally due when the work is complete.
What if I suspect a city-side sewer problem?
Call the city first for an outside sewer concern. If the problem is not on the city side, contact Bayline.
